Time To Align - Australia

Because State Governments Can't Agree On Anything Together.

And That Red Tape Hurts You, Me And The Aussie Aftermarket Industry!

State Campaign for Tasmania

Due to the Australian Constitution and delegation of governance to individual states, it is possible that individual state governments may completely ignore any federally introduced legislation requiring them to adhere to a national modification framework. Therefore state governments must be contacted to ascertain their commitment to adopt a federally managed national modification framework, or we request Tasmanian voters consider alternate minor parties, other than that of the current state government – We recommend you don’t vote Liberal Party during the Federal Election.

Remember to mention the “Time To Align” Campaign.

Contact the Tasmanian State Premier, Opposition Leader and Transport Ministers in the above table to advise you are disheartened by the state’s mismanagement and misalignment of vehicle modification legislation and standards, and that you want them to handover responsibility of these functions to the federal government, where they will be developed and managed in consultation with key automotive, aftermarket and community interest groups.

STEP 1 —> CLICK HERE TO EMAIL STATE PREMIER AND TRANSPORT MINISTERS

We also recommend everyone contact their local members of parliament via email and phone to further discuss their dissatisfaction of the state government’s management of vehicle modification standards and legislation. Please make a booking to discuss these issues with your local member of parliament, asking for the state to handover management of the legislation to the federal government, where it will be developed and managed in consultation by key automotive, aftermarket and community interest groups.

Continue calling or emailing your local member of parliament, and ask for a written letter on their
commitment to supporting a federally managed vehicle modification framework.
